Room size too cramped!!! Lack of proper sound insulation makes for restless nights!!! The area feels a bit sketchy after dark, which adds to the discomfort!!! A coffee maker would have improved the overall experience!!!

Perfect budget stay near Termini
The cleanliness of the room was excellent, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything stayed super clean. The staff were friendly, offering help with directions and local attractions.
The room was quite small and noise from the street could be disruptive at night, which may not suit light sleepers. The bathroom facilities were cramped.

The room was air conditioned and neat and it had guest toiletries, a shower cap, and bath sheets, that's cool. The location in a local area was perfect and excellent and there were a market and shops nearby. The airport was 15 km away.

We waited with my friend so much for the breakfast. First morning I went to open the door at nine (as agreed) and the "waiter" didn't say morning, hello or anything. I said to her Good Morning. Only thing she said was: four croissant are too much for you!!! You can get only three!!!! She was so angry and our morning was almost ruined for that !!! At second morning the waiter was a man and it was much more better service.

The receptionists, Camillia and Ulkar, were personable and helpful, giving us great dining and sightseeing tips. The room was clean and spacious, with fast Wi-Fi. Plus, it's super close to the metro and Colosseum. The breakfast in nearby cafes was lovely 😊

The location was just perfect, super close to Termini station 🚆! The room was nice and clean, and I appreciate the warm help from the reception. Only downside was the street noise at night.

Very close to the metro/bus services and the Leonardo Express train which takes you to/from the Roma airport. Very much enjoyed the complimentary breakfast room service and free wi-fi. Room also had a refrigerator and safe. Staff had excellent site seeing recommendations and provided accurate directions.
Close to the metro/train station but not much of anything else. Must take metro elsewhere to enjoy night life. I would recommend to other travelers with early train departures but be aware that the neighborhood is far from upper class.

good locaton. thanks for the staff's help. I can get to my place fast and correctly. they are very friendly and helpful, one of the best places I have stayed at. It's so good to see someone smiling after a tiring trip.
